Shipping & Delivery

Handling & Transit Times

Order Handling: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Transit Times: Most freight shipments arrive within 7-14 business days from the date of shipment.

Delivery & Scheduling

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details and carrier information. The carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult (18+) must be present to receive and sign for the shipment.

Delivery is typically made to the end of your driveway or nearest accessible location unless an alternative delivery option is selected where available.

How to Accept Your Delivery

To ensure your shipment is fully protected:

Inspect all packaging carefully before signing.
If visible damage is present, note it on the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading).
If no visible damage is present, sign the delivery receipt using: “Subject to Inspection"
Photograph the pallet, cartons, and any issues before opening.

These steps must be taken to preserve eligibility for damage claims.

Refund & Return

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Order confirmation or packing slip required

Return Types & Costs

Customer Remorse (changed mind): Customer is responsible for return shipping. A 15% restocking fee applies.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping, and no restocking fee applies.

How to Start a Return

Before sending any item back, contact support@gametablesupply.com to request a Return Authorization (RA). Approved returns must include the RA number and follow provided instructions. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following tems are final sale unless damaged during shipment:

Clearance or discontinued items

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Restocking fees and return shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos or video so we can assist with a replacement or claim.

Orders may be canceled at no cost before shipment. Once shipped, standard return terms apply.

Warranty

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Viking Log Furniture offers the original purchaser a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty begins on the date of purchase.

If a defect covered by this warranty arises, the product may be repaired or replaced at Viking Log Furniture’s discretion. Repairs or replacements are provided at no charge for the product itself; however, transportation costs to and from the Viking Log Furniture factory are the responsibility of the customer.

If a product is repaired or replaced, the warranty coverage is renewed.

Care & Maintenance Guidelines

Proper care helps preserve the beauty and longevity of solid log furniture.

Finish Care:

Dust regularly using a soft cotton cloth and lemon oil
Do not use products containing silicone, as they may damage the finish
Avoid contact with solvents such as nail polish remover

Bolt Connections & Environemnt

Natural wood may expand or contract with humidity changes
Periodically check and tighten bolts as needed
Avoid placing furniture directly against heat sources such as radiators, which may cause drying or cracking

Warranty Limitations

Viking Log Furniture reserves the right to refuse warranty service if:

The product has been modified
The product is excessively dirty
Damage results from misuse, abuse, or causes other than defects in materials or workmanship
