2. Do you Accept Returns?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges on both defective and non-defective items, within 30 days of the delivery date.
3. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- It must include all packaging, accessories, and documentation
- A valid order confirmation or packing slip must be provided.
4. Return Types and Costs
- Customers remorse (changed your mind): Customers cover return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee applies
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Game Table Supply will cover return shipping, and no restocking fee applies
5. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@gametablesupply.com before sending your return.
- After approval, you'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include all accessories.

Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
6. Shipping Instructions
- For Customer remorse: You are responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
- For Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will provide a free return shipping label.
7. Return Address
Once approved, ship your return to the address provided with your RA number. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

8. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for defective or incorrect items only. For all other reasons, request a return first, then place a new order.
9. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Restocking fees and return shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted.
10. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

11. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours at
support@gametablesupply.com. Include clear photos or videos of the damage so our team can arrange a replacement or file a claim.
12. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment at no cost. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies. To cancel, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
