Shipping policy

1. Shipping Policy

At Game Table Supply, we’re committed to delivering a smooth, transparent, and reliable shipping experience.

This policy explains how shipping works for all orders placed through gametablesupply.com.


2. Handling Time

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. 

  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods

We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipping within the contiguous United States. All shipments are trackable and you will receive tracking details via email once your order ships.

Important note about how your order ships: Many of our products, including pool tables, home bars, and large furniture pieces are oversized and ship via freight carrier (LTL freight). This is normal for large, heavy items and is the safest way to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition. See Section 4 for details on what to expect.


4. Freight Delivery

Below is an explanation of what to expect with freight delivery:

  1. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number and the name of the freight carrier.
  2. The carrier will contact you by to schedule a delivery appointment. 
  3. Someone 18 years of age or older must be present to receive and sign for the shipment.
  4. Standard freight delivery is curbside. Your order will be delivered to the end of your driveway or the nearest accessible location. Moving the item inside is the customer's responsibility. 

Not comfortable with curbside delivery? We offer White Glove Delivery on select items. Contact us before placing your order and we'll find the right option for you.

Before signing for your delivery:

  • Inspect all packaging before the driver leaves.
  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • If no damage is visible, sign with the notation: "Subject to Inspection."
  • Photograph the packaging and any concerns before opening.

These steps are required to protect your ability to file a damage claim if any issues are found after delivery.


5. White Glove Delivery

White Glove Delivery is available on select products for customers who prefer a more managed delivery experience.

White Glove Delivery includes delivery inside your home to the room of your choice, along with removal of all packaging materials.

6. Transit Timeframe 

Transit Time: Transit times vary depending on the product line. The timeline for transit is 7-14 business days.

Total Delivery Time: Customers can expect to receive their shipment within 8-16 business days after placing an order.


7. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive:

  • A tracking number and carrier name.

  • A direct link to monitor your shipment.

8. Delays and Expectations

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, customs inspections, or weather conditions. We work closely with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery, but delays can occasionally occur.


9. Regions We Ship To 

We currently ship to the contiguous (lower 48) United States. If you live outside these regions, please contact our support team before placing your order.
