Handling & Transit Times

Delivery & Schdueling
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details and carrier information. The carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult (18+) must be present to receive and sign for the shipment.
Standard Freight Delivery (Free)
- Your order is delivered to your driveway or the nearest accessible location outside your home. You will want to have 2–3 people available to help bring the item inside.
White Glove Delivery & Professional Installation
White glove delivery and professional installation are available on select products. Availability varies by product and location — contact us before ordering to confirm what is available for your specific item and zip code.
- White Glove Delivery includes scheduled delivery to your room of choice and full unpacking and debris removal. The carrier brings your order inside, places it where you want it, and removes all packaging materials.
- Professional Installation is available on pool tables and select game tables. Your table ships directly to a certified technician in your area. That technician handles delivery to your home, complete setup, and leveling of the playing surface.
In rare cases involving rural locations or complex access requirements — such as stairs, narrow doorways, or walk-out basements — additional charges may apply. You will always be contacted for approval before any additional cost is confirmed.
How to Accept Your Delivery
Receiving a freight shipment is straightforward. Here's what to do when your order arrives:
- Inspect all packaging carefully before signing.
- If visible damage is present, note it on the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading).
- If no visible damage is present, sign the delivery receipt using: “Subject to Inspection"
- Photograph the pallet, cartons, and any issues before opening.
These steps protect you in the event that damage occurred during transit.
