Shipping & Delivery

Handling & Transit Times

  • Order Handling: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Transit Times: Most freight shipments arrive within 7-14 business days from the date of shipment.

Delivery & Scheduling

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details and carrier information. The carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult (18+) must be present to receive and sign for the shipment.

Delivery is typically made to the end of your driveway or nearest accessible location unless an alternative delivery option is selected where available.

How to Accept Your Delivery

To ensure your shipment is fully protected:

  1. Inspect all packaging carefully before signing.
  2. If visible damage is present, note it on the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading).
  3. If no visible damage is present, sign the delivery receipt using: “Subject to Inspection"
  4. Photograph the pallet, cartons, and any issues before opening.

These steps must be taken to preserve eligibility for damage claims.

Refund & Return

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging, accessories, and documentation.


Return Eligability

  • Items must be unused and uninstalled
  • Original packaging and materials required
  • Order confirmation or packing slip required

Return Types & Costs

  • Customer Remorse (changed mind): Customer is responsible for return shipping. A 15% restocking fee applies.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping, and no restocking fee applies.

How to Start a Return

Before sending any item back, contact support@gametablesupply.com to request a Return Authorization (RA). Approved returns must include the RA number and follow provided instructions. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following tems are final sale unless damaged during shipment:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Installed or assembled items
  • Clearance or discontinued items

Refund Process 

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Restocking fees and return shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos or video so we can assist with a replacement or claim.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at no cost before shipment. Once shipped, standard return terms apply.

Skyline Design Limited Warranty

Skyline Design offers a limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal residential conditions.

Warranty Coverage

  • Residential Use: 3-year limited warranty
  • Commercial Use: 1-year limited warranty
  • Cushions: 1-year limited warranty (separate from frames)

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects related to workmanship or materials

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use, assembly, or maintenance
  • Damage caused by environmental exposure, misuse, or acts of nature
  • Improper cleaning agents or lack of care
  • Freight damage not reported at delivery

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and begins on the date of purchase.

Cushion Warranty

  • Sunbrella fabrics carry a 5-year Sunbrella fabric warranty
