Handling & Transit Times

Order Handling: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Transit Times: Most freight shipments arrive within 7-14 business days from the date of shipment.

Delivery & Scheduling

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details and carrier information. The carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult (18+) must be present to receive and sign for the shipment.

Delivery is typically made to the end of your driveway or nearest accessible location unless an alternative delivery option is selected where available.

How to Accept Your Delivery

To ensure your shipment is fully protected:

Inspect all packaging carefully before signing.
If visible damage is present, note it on the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading).
If no visible damage is present, sign the delivery receipt using: “Subject to Inspection"
Photograph the pallet, cartons, and any issues before opening.

These steps must be taken to preserve eligibility for damage claims.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Return Types & Costs

Customer Remorse (changed mind): Customer is responsible for return shipping. A 15% restocking fee applies.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping, and no restocking fee applies.

How to Start a Return

Before sending any item back, contact support@gametablesupply.com to request a Return Authorization (RA). Approved returns must include the RA number and follow provided instructions. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following tems are final sale unless damaged during shipment:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Restocking fees and return shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos or video so we can assist with a replacement or claim.

Warranty

BBO Poker Tables Warranty

All BBO Poker Tables include a limited lifetime structural warranty, ensuring that the table’s frame, load-bearing components, pedestals, feet, materials, and fasteners perform under normal residential use without structural failure or major deformation. Your BBO table is engineered to last and remain the centerpiece of your game room for years.

What’s Covered

The lifetime warranty applies to the table’s structure, including all main load-bearing components. These items are guaranteed against structural defects for the life of the table.

What’s Not Covered

Consumable components such as the table finish, playing surface layouts, armrest material, and foam are not covered under the lifetime warranty. These parts naturally wear through regular use and can be purchased as replacements when needed.

Seating Warranty

All BBO chairs, ottomans, and benches include a 2-year warranty. This warranty excludes issues caused by customer modifications or improper use, including rocking, dragging, exceeding weight limits, standing or climbing on seating, improper storage, neglect, accidents, or inadequate cleaning and maintenance.

Electronics Warranty

Electronic components—including LED systems—are covered under a 2-year warranty. Any modification or customization to electronic or LED components voids the warranty.

Warranty Disclaimers

The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser. Improper use, unauthorized refinishing, incorrect assembly adjustments, or any modifications to the table or seating will void the warranty. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, environmental conditions, pests, or water exposure is not covered.

This warranty is separate from and does not affect your standard 30-day return window

Warranty Resolutions

For approved warranty claims, BBO and Game Theory Tables provide replacement components. These parts will be shipped to you, and installation is the customer’s responsibility, as no in-home technician services are offered. BBO is committed to keeping your table and seating performing at their best.

How to File A Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please email support@gametablesupply.com with:

Your full name and order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the defect

Please retain all packaging and components until your claim has been reviewed. Most warranty claims require photographic documentation.
