Delivery & Scheduling

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details and carrier information. The carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult (18+) must be present to receive and sign for the shipment.

Your order is delivered to your driveway or the nearest accessible location outside your home. You will want to have 2–3 people available to help bring the item inside.

White Glove Delivery & Professional Installation

White glove delivery and professional installation are available on select products. Availability varies by product and location — contact us before ordering to confirm what is available for your specific item and zip code.

White Glove Delivery includes scheduled delivery to your room of choice and full unpacking and debris removal. The carrier brings your order inside, places it where you want it, and removes all packaging materials.

Professional Installation is available on pool tables and select game tables. Your table ships directly to a certified technician in your area. That technician handles delivery to your home, complete setup, and leveling of the playing surface.

In rare cases involving rural locations or complex access requirements — such as stairs, narrow doorways, or walk-out basements — additional charges may apply. You will always be contacted for approval before any additional cost is confirmed.

How to Accept Your Delivery

Receiving a freight shipment is straightforward. Here's what to do when your order arrives:

  1. Inspect all packaging carefully before signing.
  2. If visible damage is present, note it on the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading).
  3. If no visible damage is present, sign the delivery receipt using: “Subject to Inspection"
  4. Photograph the pallet, cartons, and any issues before opening.

These steps protect you in the event that damage occurred during transit.

Refund & Return

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Return Types & Costs

  • Customer Remorse (changed mind): Customer is responsible for return shipping. A 15% restocking fee applies.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping, and no restocking fee applies.

How to Start a Return

Before sending any item back, contact support@gametablesupply.com to request a Return Authorization (RA). Approved returns must include the RA number and follow provided instructions. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following tems are final sale unless damaged during shipment:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Installed or assembled items
  • Clearance or discontinued items

Refund Process 

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Restocking fees and return shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos or video so we can assist with a replacement or claim.

Killerspin products are backed by a limited manufacturer warranty that protects against defects in materials and workmanship. Most Killerspin products include a 30-day defect warranty, while Killerspin tables include a 1-year limited structural warranty for normal residential use. This ensures confidence in both your equipment and your long-term table tennis setup.

What’s Covered

  • All Killerspin products are covered against factory defects for 30 days from delivery.
  • Killerspin tables include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in the table and its structural components under normal residential use.

Beyond the warranty period, replacement parts are available for select products, including tables.

What’s Not Covered

The Killerspin warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling
  • Customer-inflicted damage (drops, impact, improper assembly, or unauthorized modifications)
  • Normal wear on consumable parts such as rubber, nets, balls, and other high-wear accessories
  • Damage caused by improper storage, environmental conditions, or use outside normal residential conditions
  • Products that were assembled or customized by customer request (e.g., blades and rubbers) except in cases of shipping damage

This warranty is separate from and does not affect your standard 30-day return window.
